For more than a decade, Pastry Chef Anne has been the sweet soul of ALWR, blending technique and tenderness in every creation. A graduate of San Joaquin Delta College’s Culinary Program, she journeyed to Italy to study sustainable agriculture, where she fell in love with the rhythm of the land and the purity of honest ingredients. French pastry is her chosen art form- delicate, expressive, and timeless. To Anne, baking is more than craft; it’s comfort for the spirit- a reminder that sharing good food with those we love is the truest recipe for happiness and longevity.
